All golf balls are graded into 5 categories

Golf Balls may have some player markings

Golf Balls look like they are brand new and have come out of the box.

Similar to a ball that has been used for 1 hole  

Golf Balls may have some player markings

Golf Balls may have very minor scuff marks

Golf Balls are squeaky clean

Similar to a ball that has been used for a round of golf

Golf Balls may have some player markings

Golf Balls may have scuff marks and dirt marks that will not affect the flight of the ball.

Golf Balls may have discolouration Golf Balls have been cleaned but may have marks that don't come off 

Similar to a ball that has been used for a few rounds of golf 

Premium brand golf balls that do not meet the strict criteria of Good, Excellent or Mint

Can still be used for play and perfect for beginners who will lose a lot

Balls may have a lot of player markings and / or dirt stains

All balls that are past their used by date.
